    The backlight current pin (PD+ pin) of the transmitting component TOSA is poorly soldered. This false soldering will cause abnormal PD values and no current to be transmitted to the IC.

    The driver chip is poorly mounted or has poor performance. The most direct manifestation of this phenomenon is the failure of pinging packets or changes in quality during the pinging process.

    The components (such as capacitors, resistors, inductors or magnetic beads) under the pins of the storage chip are missed, wrongly attached or defective.

    The power resistors do not match.
